Hi lovely gorgeous flowers!
Too much? I guess I'm just trying to start on a bright note since things are about to get gory.
Oh yes. That is yours truly, covered in (fake) blood, in a thrifted prom dress, handcuffed to a (fake) severed arm. The things us actresses do. This past weekend I worked with 730 Vision and Malik Marcell (@MalikMarcell_ on insta) for a short horror trailer. I got to run barefoot on a very rocky road, hide in vine covered bushes, and cry multiple times. The day started off with me happy I was getting my makeup done by the fabulous Bobbie Smith (@Iheartglamvixfx on da gram) because I've been breaking out and I thought my skin deserved someone that actually knows how to do makeup. However, as soon as I saw myself in the mirror, I realized I looked way better without makeup than with kidnapped-prom-queen makeup. We went outside to the location, and started shooting. Sometimes people would pass by either horrified, amused, or extremely curious. Two random twelve year olds told me I was "pretty cute" , I guess kidnapped girl is their type. Stay away.
After about six hours of shooting in freezing weather, in a prom dress dripping with blood, we were done! Overall it was a fantastic experience, the trailer should be out soon, so I'll let ya know when!
Have a beautiful day!
